About Me.
Hi, I'm Libby! I'm based in the heart of Wiltshire, slowly renovating my forever home with my husband and two young children (emphasis on slowly). When I'm not behind a camera, you'll find me in the garden pretending I know what I'm doing, fussing over my houseplants, or deep in a crime novel with too much chocolate nearby.
I'm also a big fan of watercolour painting, birds, and cats. Basically, I'm an old lady in a younger-ish lady's body, and I've fully embraced it.
I've been photographing weddings since 2010, and after 15 years, I'm still completely in love with it. My dad, an incredible artist, is the reason I picked up a camera in the first place. I can't paint a landscape to save my life, but give me a camera and real people in real moments, and I'm absolutely in my element.
I believe photography is about so much more than pretty pictures. It's about the feelings behind them — the squeeze of a hand, the laugh you didn't expect, the look that says everything without a word.
My Approach.
Laid-back. That's genuinely the best way to describe how I work.
The best photos happen when people feel relaxed and themselves. Not stiff, not posed, not "working" for the camera. I'm not here to make you do anything awkward. Instead, I'll give you fun, natural prompts that spark real laughter and genuine connection, and let things unfold from there. In fact, I'm pretty regularly asked by guests how long I've known the couple, which is exactly how I like it.
Whether it's a quiet in-between moment, a spontaneous burst of laughter, or that intimate exchange you didn't even notice happening, I'm there for all of it. Your day, your story, nothing forced.
I also go the extra mile, and I mean that literally. I've lain face down on a dirt track for a sunset shot, hopped on a punt to get the best river group photo, and once chased a floating wedding sandal out to sea (good job I had a spare pair of shoes for myself). I've sewn up a bridesmaid's dress in the morning, lit a fire pit, and served food at a DIY venue on my own break. Whatever the day needs, I'm there for it.

My Ethos.
Sustainability matters to me, personally and professionally. It's something I've cared about since I was young, and bringing those values into my business has been one of the most rewarding parts of this journey.
From the way I work to the suppliers I choose (my albums are handmade in the UK by a company that shares my values), I try to make thoughtful choices wherever I can. There's a whole section in the menu if you'd like to find out more.
Venues.
I've been fortunate enough to work at many wedding venues across Wiltshire and the surrounding counties. My general rule of thumb is that as long as it's not more than two hours away, I'm happy to travel there. It keeps my travel down, which in turn keeps my carbon footprint down. Here are just a few I've shot at before:
-
Leigh Park Country House Hotel & Vineyard
-
Wellington Barn
-
Bowerchalke Barn
-
