Autumn Half Term 2025 - Mini Shoots

It's my favourite time of year again, and with that comes my popular mini shoots available for one day only!

When is it?

25th October 2025!

How much is it?

Only £75!

What's included?

You get 3 digital images to download from the gallery, which you can have printed wherever you like. If you want to buy the rest of the gallery, you can do so for just £50.

Where is it?

A secret location near Marlborough. Don't worry, I'll send you an email with the exact details a few days before.

How long does it last?

Shoots are strictly for the 30-minute timeslot you've booked, so make sure you arrive 5 minutes early so I can walk us to the final location.

Who can come?

Anyone! Bring granny and grandad, the cousins, even the (well-behaved) dog! If you're a business looking for some updated headshots, please contact me about booking a branding shoot.

What should we wear?

I have one major rule: dress for the weather and wear appropriate footwear! It can get muddy and I'm sure you don't want a set of photos of you plastered in mud.

What happens if it's raining?

I'm a firm believer that "there's no such thing as bad weather, only unsuitable clothing", so if it's raining a bit, the shoot will go on! In the event it's horrendous weather and I don't feel it's safe to do the shoot, your shoot will be moved to the alternative date of 1st November. Please make sure you're available for both of these dates when you book. In the event the weather is bad on the alternative date, I'll fully refund you 100% of the session fee.

What happens after?

After your shoot, I'll edit a final collection. I'll then send you a link to your gallery where you can download your chosen images. My aim is to get them to you within 2 weeks.

T&Cs

By paying the session fee, you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions
Due to the limited availability, it is agreed that in the event of cancellation by the client, only 50% of the fee (£37.50) will be refunded, where at least 48 hours' notice has been given. Where less than 48 hours' notice has been given, the fee will be deemed non-refundable.
Should the session be cancelled by Libby Clark Photography, the full fee will be refunded.
You agree to wear appropriate clothing and footwear to the session. Libby Clark Photography accepts no liability for any injuries occurring as a result of inappropriate clothing and/or footwear.
Should the session be cancelled due to the weather, the alternative date of 1st November 2025 will be scheduled. If that is also cancelled due to the weather, a full refund shall be issued.
Any directions issued to clients, or their guests during a photographic shoot, are deemed to be at said persons' own risk. Libby Clark Photography cannot be held responsible for any personal accidents during a photographic shoot.
All images will be adjusted for exposure, brightness, contrast, sharpness, etc. Libby Clark Photography's judgment regarding these corrections and the number of images put forward to the Client for preview shall be deemed correct. Additional retouching, digital manipulation, and artist finishing is available to the Client as an option at extra cost.
Libby Clark Photography cannot accept any responsibility or liability for colour balance or quality of any Prints reproduced by the client from the digital images that we supply by Third third-party printers, such as High Street photo processing shops. Ordering direct from your online gallery is strongly recommended to ensure correct colour balance and quality.
The Copyright Designs and Patents Acts assign the copyright of the images to the photographer. Any images or copies of images, whether stored digitally or otherwise, and any computer program, including any source or object code, computer files, or printed documentation relating to such images, are protected by the Copyright and Design Act 1988. It is contrary to the Act to copy or allow to be copied photographically/electronically or by any other means an image created as part of this contract without the permission of The Photographer in writing.
This agreement shall be governed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
